Dear Nathanael,

Oh, I'm so behind on this post. Better late than never! Time to get back into blogging...

Dear Nathanael,
       You turned SIX on November 29th! So hard to believe. We had such a fun day celebrating your birthday. That morning, I had reserved a spot for you and your brothers to bounce at Bounce U (probably your favorite place EVER). You all had the best time bouncing, sliding, and playing. I think it was a tie between you and your Dad on who had the most fun.. haha. He's just like a big kid. :) After bouncing off tons of energy, we let you pick where to have lunch. You picked McDonald's (not a big surprise there!). That evening, we went to Grandmama and Granddaddy's to celebrate your birthday with your birthday buddy, Uncle Frank. I made a homemade chocolate cake with chocolate icing (your request) and decorated it with sprinkles and wrote "Happy Birthday, Nathanael" in yellow (your favorite color). We had a great time and you liked all your gifts :)

Happy Birthday, sweet boy!!

On Saturday, we drove to Lawrenceburg to have Thanksgiving and your birthday party at Papa and Grammy's! It was the best day. The weather was nice and you got to play outside with your cousins. You all had so much fun! Grammy had ordered you a special chocolate chip cookie cake. And you got several fun presents that you have enjoyed. The favorite present was the walkie-talkies and you, Grant, and Noah had so much fun playing with those for hours! The sweetest was when you told Grant "You take this walkie-talkie home to your house and that way we can talk to each other!" I mean, how precious is that?!? You and your brothers are so lucky to have Addie and Grant so close in age to play with! Y'all get a long so well and have so much fun together. You all are a joy to watch grow up together. So, now you are SIX! You are such a sweet boy with a tender heart. You are a friend to all. You are in Kindergarten and have made many friends! You're very social and have a lot of fun. You're doing great in school in all your subjects..especially in reading and writing! You bring home books every week and can read through them. If I could pick one word to describe your personality at this stage it would be: Charming. You charm everyone you meet and people cannot help but fall in love with you! :) You're a wonderful big brother and little brother - perfect right in the middle..just like the cream in an Oreo. Some of your favorite things to do are: playing outside, playing with your brothers, drawing, playing your ds and the Wii, going to Bible class, and snuggling :)

We love you, our sweet, sweet boy and look forward to what year SIX brings.
