6 months...already???

That's right, folks. Our baby is now 6 MONTHS OLD. This just doesn't seem possible. I mean, he was born yesterday, right? It seems like it. The months are now flying by like minutes. I know they say time flies - and "they" mean it.  I'm trying to enjoy and savor every minute of his sweet baby-ness because we've pretty much decided that he will be our last. So, I'm enjoying the sweet baby smell, the cuddles, his soft squishy skin, rocking him to sleep, and all the wonderfulness that is a baby. Because they just grow up too fast!!
Mr. Nicholas is doing a lot these days. He is can sit up on his own for a little while, roll over both ways and  scoot around a little on his play mat. He is laughing a lot and is "talking" more. He jabbers and has started saying "ma" some. Maybe mama will be his first word... because I'm his favorite. ;) He loves to watch his brothers play and he really enjoys playing with his toys. He started rice cereal this past month (which he loves) and has had a few bites of squash (which he doesn't love). He is sleeping well - he takes good naps (usually around an hour each) and sleeps through the night most nights. If he wakes up, it's usually just once in the middle of the night and he goes right back to sleep after a snack. He's been an absolute joy. :)
