So, my baby got his first haircut!! Ahhh! And, let me tell you..I was more emotional about this one then the other two's first haircuts. And, I don't know why? I guess because he is (most likely) our last child and the last baby. :( And, I knew what a big boy he would look like after his haircut! Well, on Wednesday Noah was off of school (parent/teacher conferences), so I thought it would be a good day to get Nicholas' haircut (we had been talking about doing it soon). You know, big brother could provide some moral support ;). And his hair was pretty long...I guess it was time. Anyway, we went to Sports Clips to get it done. I was a little nervous. I really didn't know how he would do. But, he did great!! He got to eat a sucker while she was cutting it. And, he sat in the booster seat - I didn't hold him (what I had planned on). He was so still and quiet - she couldn't believe how well he was doing -especially being so young and this being his first haircut. She was even able to use the clippers around his ears and neck. I was so proud. So now he has a beautiful big boy haircut and he looks so cute. I'll miss the sweet baby hair though.

| So big! |
Yesterday I went to "Muffins with Mom" at Nate's preschool. Ms. Christi came over and kept Nicholas for me (thankful for her!). Anyway, I took Nate to school and walked in with him. I just love watching him at school interacting with others. He is just too sweet. I went with him to his room and we ate muffins together. Then, he got to show me around his room. He wanted to show me the "cozy center". So, we sat there together (it was a corner in the room with stuffed animals). I asked his teacher, Mrs. Jamie if he went there a lot. She said yes. I told her I wasn't surprised because he loves stuffed animals. Then she said "I think it's because he's so sweet!" Then, we went to the reading/puzzles center and I read a book with him. Guess what book he picked? A book about "Me and My Mom". Melt my heart. After Muffins with Mom I went and watched him sing some children's church songs with the other kids. He was singing out and doing all the hand motions and just smiling. It was too cute..I just wanted to squeeze him. I love that boy so much that my heart could almost burst.
